Technology Industry Night hosted by Mechatronics Engineering Clayton Club, Society for Monash Electrical Engineers and Robogals creates electric connections for all!

The Technology Industry Night hosted by the Mechatronics Engineering Clayton Club, Society of Monash Electrical Engineers and Robogals gave students first hand exposure to what various technology companies around Melbourne had to offer. BOSCH, IBM, Norman Disney & Young, and Invetech were just some of the companies that made an appearance on the evening.

The night started off with students networking and hearing from company representatives who had set up stalls all around the Campus Centre Dining Hall. The companies present were not limited to engineering fields. In addition, commercial and retail banking heavyweight ANZ, and the student run consulting group GCG, made their appearances in the evening as well, giving Monash students a taste of where their degrees could take them outside of an engineering and technological workplace.

Later in the evening, presentations were given by BOSCH, NDY and ATS which gave each company an exclusive opportunity to show all the students of what their respective companies specialised in, their global agendas, and most importantly: their visions.

Everyone was invited to grab a bite to eat and something to drink, but that did not stop students and representatives from networking.

The Technology Industry Night was a great success and ran well throughout the evening. Attendees left the evening with questions answered, and career pathways to reflect upon.
