2014 Orientation Carnival & Clubs Day

The 2014 Orientation Festival is running from Monday 24th - Thursday 27th February, 2013, with Clubs' Day being held on Wednesday 5th March (Week One). A form has been posted to your club mailbox and there is a link to the booking form below. Please note that there are a limited number of sites for clubs so the sooner that the booking form is submitted, the better your chances of securing a site at the Orientation Festival. The final submission date for the Orientation Festival Booking Form is Friday 10th January 2014.

If your club would like to hold a demonstration (performance, workshop, game, etc) please indicate this on the booking form, but please make sure it is submitted by Wednesday 20th November. Performances will be held on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of the Orientation Festival and on Clubs' Day. You can also email the Support Officer at so@monashclubs.org with your ideas for a club demonstration.

Please read the Orientation Festival Information on the front side of the Booking Form as all clubs who attend the festival shall be subject to those conditions, as well as the Orientation Festival Terms & Consditions which will be distributed before the festival.

Alcohol Policy

As with last year, there is a separate policy covering Alcohol during the Orientation Festival. In January, there will be compulsory information sessions for clubs to attend who have indicated that they will be serving alcohol during the festival. Please read the following document carefully to understand your obligations as a club, before confirming that you will be serving alcohol. Please note that this policy is subject to change.
