We understand that schedules don’t always align but if a club President is not able to attend the forthcoming EGM, please consider the proxy nomination process and have a suitable club member attend the meeting as an alternative.
This meeting is expected to go for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes, possibly longer. The person attending on behalf of the club (President or valid Proxy) should be available between 12.00pm and 2.00pm.
Failure by a club to be represented at a General Meeting is misconduct under clause 55(1)(e) of the C&S Constitution.
If there are any questions about the EGM please feel free to contact the C&S Secretary or the C&S staff.
