Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Accredited by the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation, this course explains the problems associated with excessive alcohol consumption and provides strategies to refuse service and prevent problems before they occur.  Participants will learn to serve alcohol in a responsible manner in compliance with relevant liquor legislation.

If your club is considering holding an event that includes the distribution of alcohol to attendees, it is a requirement that a member of the club committee or event organising committee holds a current RSA certificate.  It is therefore strongly recommend that this training is completed by Office Bearers whose clubs are considering holding these such events.

This course is currently being run remotely via Zoom and no on-campus attendance is required.  Zoom meetings are conducted in real-time and are just like being in the classroom but from the comfort and safety of home.
