C&S Council EGM 17/10/13

An Extraordinary General Meeting of the C&S Council will be held on Thursday 17th October from 2pm in R4 (Rotunda - Building 8).

The primary item on the agenda is the Misconduct Appeal Hearing against the deregistration of the Geological Society.

The agenda, including written submissions from the Geological Society and the C&S Executive, will be sent out shortly. Any clubs wishing to add an item to the agenda must notifiy the C&S Secretary (secretary@monashclubs.org) no later than 48hrs before the meeting. If you or your current proxies cannot attend, you can nominate any Ordinary Member (Clayton Student) of your club to be a proxy. If you cannot find anyone from your club to attend the meeting please submit a Council Apology in a timely manner before the meeting.
